Matter relates to entitlement of compassionate appointment. Petitioner's original application before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna was decided on 20th July, 2015 whereas the present petition is presented in the year 2019. On the ground of delay and laches on the part of the petitioner prima facie no interference is called for.

In order to give one more opportunity, re-list this case on 21.07.2022. If there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the date fixed, the
