JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the pleading the name of the village of the petitioner was mentioned as 'Madli Hiyar, Nokiya Tola' instead of 'Mathlohiyar Noniya Toli' and realising the error the petitioner has filed the present petition for correction in the pleading as well as in the order dated 20.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35097 of 2018 granting bail to the petitioner. In view of the above, the village of the petitioner may be read as 'Mathlohiyar Noniya Toli' in place of 'Madli Hiyar, Nokiya Tola' in the order dated 20.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35097 of 2018.

The order dated 20.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35097 of 2018 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48944 of 2018(2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
