Petitioner has filed this application seeking direction to the respondents to mutate in his name against the land having description in paragraph-5 of the writ application. It is the petitioner's case that the land has not been mutated in the name of the petitioner despite orders passed by the competent authority under Section 106 of the Bihar Tenancy Act.
Patna High Court CWJC No.15537 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 It is not apparent, however, from the writ application as to whether the petitioner has filed any application for mutation under Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act").
This writ application is, thus, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply for mutation under the Act by making appropriate application in accordance with the provisions under the Act and rules framed thereunder.
The petitioner shall be at liberty to bring to the notice of the competent authority all materials which are available to him to make out his claim for mutation.
