JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.02.2015 by which C.W.J.C. No. 4574 of 2014 was disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Engineer-in-Chief, Road Construction Department by filing a representation fully explaining his grievance. The aforesaid order was passed on the prayer made by the petitioner, however, the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to approach the Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal, Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his grievances. Learned counsel for the State raises no objection. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
