The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
The present occurrence of robbery allegedly took place on 27.01.2018. The offence was committed by unknown person. The petitioner was in custody in connection with some other case since 03.09.2017 and he was released on bail on 07.03.2018 in pursuance of order of this Court at Annexure 2 to this petition in connection with Hajipur Sadar Police Station Case No.445 of 2017.
Considering the fact that on the date of occurrence, petitioner was in custody, let the petitioner, above named, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54731 of 2018(2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Kankarbagh Police Station Case No.76 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
