JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 379, 411, 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners along with some others cheated the informant by providing him ear-ring made by petal. The petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and except the aforesaid allegation, there appears to be nothing against them. Moreover, the petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 29.03.2016 and investigation against them has

No.28741 of 2016 (2) dt.25-07-2016 2/2 already been completed Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Patna Junction Rail Case No. 70 of 2016, subject to the condition that one of the sureties must be close relative of the petitioners, who shall sworn an affidavit, disclosing this fact that how is he related with the petitioners.
