Petitioner is the husband of deceased, who has been murdered at her Sasural on account of non fulfillment of dowry within seven years of marriage. Learned counsel for the petitioner made prayer for bail on the ground that his co-villager has gone volte face to the prosecution.

Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.

Naiharwala of the deceased is yet to be examined. For the present, considering the nature of allegation inconsonance with status of the petitioner, prayer for bail is rejected. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) perwez U T
