It has been alleged by the informant, a Police Officer that after coming to know about sale of toddy as well as spirit by the petitioner, his house was searched and during course thereof, others managed to escape while petitioner was apprehended. During search, 70 litres of toddy along with other item as per seizure list were seized there from. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 09.05.2016. Furthermore, from Para-3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner, Jawahir Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
