300 bags of Urea each weighing 50 k.g. have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.
It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that aforesaid fertilizer belonged to Narwar PACS and the Chairman not only had written letter on 11.02.2016, but had also filed a petition before the Court for release of the same. The learned lower Court will ascertain genuineness of the assertion and in case, finds that a prayer has been made on behalf of Chairman, Narwar PACS for release of the aforesaid 300 bags of Urea, then in that event, will release the petitioner, Chhotan Singh on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
