Mr. Nilendu Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Municipal Corporation, Madhubani and Mr. Dilip Kumar, learned AC to GA 3 are present. Mr. Choudhary, learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation, Madhubani by reiterating his averments made in the counter affidavit submits that all the substantive retiral dues of the petitioner have stood paid to the petitioner and to this effect, he has categorically stated in paragraph nos. 8 and 9 of the counter affidavit, filed on behalf of the respondent no. 3.
