The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that all the accused persons variously armed attacked on the informant and in course of attack, the informant's father sustained injury as a result of which, he died in course of treatment..

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 20-05-2018 and they have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. Charge sheet has already

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51338 of 2018 (2) dt.18-09-2018 been submitted in this case. The main allegation is against coaccused namely Nagendra Manjhi. No specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioners. No injury is alleged to have been caused by the petitioners upon the deceased.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Siwan in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 77 of 2018.
