The petitioner seeks bail in Nardiganj P.S. Case No.100 of 2012 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148,149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

This is the 4th attempt of the bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation against the petitioner.

The aforesaid fact has already been considered vide order dated 21.3.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.45242 of 2013. As last bail application of the petitioner has been rejected on 16.3.2016, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27319 of 2016 (4) dt.24-08-2016 petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Vinay/- U T
