Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47 of the Excise Act and 137 of the Railway Act.

In huge quantity of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from the upper seat of a train. The petitioner was found sitting beneath the aforesaid seat and on the basis of aforesaid fact, the petitioner has been implicated in this case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
