1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents to grant compensation for the vehicle of the petitioner bearing Registration No.- BR31GA- 8985, Engine No.- TBJ1A26538, Chasis No.- MAIZN2TBKJIA15771 which was allegedly seized by Angarghat Police."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order
