2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018 dated 08.05.2018 instituted under Sections 120B, 342, 379 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioners is that they are friends of co-accused Mukesh Kumar, who is not petitioner in the present application, who had falsely promised to marry the informant and later on, refused to do so.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they are friends of Mukesh Kumar and had no role in his affairs with the informant. It was further submitted that only to create pressure on Mukesh Kumar to marry the informant, she has made allegations against the petitioners, which is totally false and fabricated and further that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP submitted that the informant has alleged that the petitioners were also the persons who had assured her of marriage to co-accused Mukesh Kumar.

6. Learned counsel for the informant submitted that the petitioners were also actively involved in the wrong done by Mukesh Kumar to the informant.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-I, Purnea in connection with Banmankhi P.S.Case No. 87 of 2018, subject to the
