Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner is of committing torture and causing death of the victim due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. He is separate in mess and property from husband of the deceased. He has got no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has been made accused due to mistake of fact.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S.
