There is allegation of firing against the petitioner and two others but informant appears to have sustained only two firearm injuries on his thigh and, admittedly, one co-accused namely, Jangli Singh @ Susil Kumar@ Jangli@ Shushil Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.06.2016 passed in Cr. Misc No. 21562 of 2016 and the case of petitioner is on similar footing to that of the above stated co-accused.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29688 of 2016 (2) dt.28-07-2016 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - XIII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Narainpur P.S.Case No. 07 of 2016.
