The petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P. S. Case No. 505 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 352, 382, 341, 411 Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both the parties have compromised the case and compromise petition has been filed in the Court below which is annexed as Annexure-2.
Petitioner is not named in the written report. In the written report, it is alleged that some unknown person snatched the Alto car of the informant. Later on, during investigation, it has come that the aforesaid car was recovered from the garage

It has been submitted that petitioner was not aware of the fact that on what basis the car was kept in his garage. He is a mechanic and he is just offering service to the car. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P. S. Case No. 505 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
