ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment dated 13.11.2006 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. 3, Darbhanga, in Sessions Trial No. 312 of 1993 arising out of Manigachi P.S. Case No. 23 of 1993 by which he has convicted the private Opposite Parties only on the minor Sections and passed a very light sentence.
Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any reason for interference, hence, the revision application stands dismissed.
