ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-06-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 16.1.2007 passed by the 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in Criminal Appeal No.119 of 1993, by which he has upheld the conviction of the Petitioner and maintained the sentence of 6 months R.I. and fine of Rs.1000/- under Section 16(1)(c)(d) of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, in default of which R.I. for another three months, passed by Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Trial No.46 of 1993 arising out of P.S. case No.403 of 1984 by judgment dated 17.9.1993. On going through the impugned judgment, I do not find any merit in the revision. However, considering the period of custody of the Petitioner as also the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by him. However, he is

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
