JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section47(A) of the Excise Act. 136 bottles of Indian made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner, for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 08-05-2016. Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the abovesaid recovery is said to have been made from a joint house, and moreover, there is nothing in the prosecution report that the petitioner was engaged in selling the aforesaid seized liquor. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also taking note
