2. Petitioner apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(b) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against these petitioners is of killing the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. Petitioner no. 1 is married sister-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is unmarried sister-in-law of the deceased.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are separate in mess and property and are not concerned with the family affairs of the deceased. It is

No.56342 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 further submitted that informant is not an eye witness in the alleged occurrence and only on the basis of suspicion these petitioners have been made accused in this case. As a matter of fact, whole family has been made accused in this case and the victim girl has committed suicide. Petitioners are females and have got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - Ist, Saran at Chapra, in Taraiya P.S. Case No. 244/2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
