The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sour Bazar (Patarghat O.P.) P.S. Case No.517 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri N. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Saharsa.

The accusation is that, in course of occurrence, at first, this petitioner and, thereafter, the co-accused Ramanand Yadav shot fire at the son of the informant, who died on the spot. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not
