JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Submission is that recovery of liquor is from the house of co-accused-Manoj Kumar and in the confessional statement Manoj Kumar, name of the petitioner surfaced. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Finding substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of
