Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but his name surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of coaccused and after that, petitioner, too, confessed his guilt. It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against him.

No doubt, I.O has mentioned in the case diary that in the confessional statement, petitioner had confessed that he was accused in the cases lodged by Nepal and Delhi police but the petitioner flatly denied the aforesaid assertions in para 3 of the petition as it has been mentioned in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner does not have

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Laheri P.S.
