From perusal of the trial court's report dated 2.11.2021 it appears that the trial is at the stage of evidence of prosecution witnesses.

In view of the nature of accusation and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. As the petitioner is in custody since 30.8.2019, let the trial be concluded as early as possible.
