BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 22-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for respective parties. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order of punishment as contained in memo no.865 dated 22.05.2014 issued under the signature of the Managing Director and also quashing of the order passed by the Appellate Authority as contained in memo no. 1497 dated 04.11.2015 and consequent upon quashing of the same, issuance of direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post on which the petitioner was working along

Patna High Court CWJC No.14766 of 2019(7) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 with payment of all admissible and monetary benefits accrued to the petitioner. (ii) To any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances. of the case.

The present petition is not maintainable in the light of the judgment dated 20.02.2015 passed in CWJC No. 8033 of 2014 with CWJC No. 13468 of 2014 in the very petitioner's case.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to invoke appropriate remedy as observed in CWJC No. 8033 of 2014 with CWJC No. 13468 of 2014.
