Petitioner is in custody in connection Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018 for the offence under sections 272, 273, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30, 32, 33, 34 (b)(iv), 35, 36 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 103 and 104 of Trade Market Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that the liquor was seized from the house of Parimal Kant and not from the possession of the petitioner. The accused Parimal Kant has been granted regular bail vide order dated 19.07.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 43092 of 2018.

No.54399 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Munger, in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018.
