The petitioner seeks bail in Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 314 of 2014 registered under Sections 394, 458, 459 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 08.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10032/2015 with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within one year but more than 11⁄2 years have already elapsed and the trial has not yet been concluded. The petitioner is in jail since 23.12.2014.

Considering the facts that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about two years and the trial has not yet been concluded, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25254 of 2016 (3) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 314 of 2014.
