2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(1), 109, 74, 303(2), 352 and 3(5) of the BNS in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 277 of 2025.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons of clean antecedent. Petitioners no. 3 and 4 are women and the informant alleges that on 19.04.2025 at about 06:00 P.M. his neighbour Manager Ram came and abused

No.51800 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/3 him and thereafter assaulted by an iron rod causing injury on head and hand thereafter Chandan Ram came with Dab and assaulted his son Rahul seeking injury on head and thereafter assaulted by leg injuring his hands. Further petitioner no. 2 assaulted his wife and petitioner no. 3 snatched gold chain worth Rs. 75,000/- and petitioner no. 4 abused the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that entire family members are implicated. It is also submitted that even presuming what has been alleged is true without admitting then the injury suffered by the injured is simple in nature which amply demonstrates that the petitioners had never any intention of committing a serious occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioners are not criminals.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten

No.51800 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 3/3 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 277 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
