Patna High Court CWJC No.10636 of 2017 dt.03-08-2017 2/2 Survey Plot No.7415, the Circle Officer, as is evident from Annexure 8, had already issued notice in the year 2013 and thereafter it is the grievance of the petitioner that no action is being taken. Petitioner is directed to file a certified copy of this order along with relevant documents before respondent No.7. The respondent No.7 to look into the matter and proceed to take action in accordance with Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and conclude it in accordance with law after hearing all concerned, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
