The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 22.2.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 324, 379, 406, 440, 498A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The basic accusation is of torture and making assault. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and is still ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 12 of the petition. It is further submitted that the investigation has already concluded.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27306 of 2016 (4) dt.27-07-2016 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that the informant is still ready to accept the offer of the petitioner of resuming conjugal life.
Considering the stand of the parties and the fact that the investigation has already concluded, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Siwan in Siwan Mahila P.S.Case No. 12/2016.
