In the third supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent No.2, the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur it is stated that the daughter of the petitioner Bandana Kumari has been recovered by the police on 16.7.2015 along with the named accused person, namely, Gorakh. It is further stated that she has been examined by the court under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the girl has been recovered he does not wish to press the writ application.

The writ application is, accordingly, disposed of. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) (Sudhir Singh, J) spal/- U
