The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 498A, 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner committed murder of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. A supplementary charge sheet has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51445 of 2018(2) dt.06-09-2018 2/2 submitted in the present case against the husband of the deceased for an offence under Sections 498A and 363/34 of the I.P.c. So far the offence under Section 304B of the I.P.C. is concerned, same has not been found true in course of investigation.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint case/F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Araria in connection with Jogbani P.S. case No.136 of 2017 (G.R.
