2. The present application has been filed for setting aside/cancellation of the bail order dated 03.07.2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Nawada in A.B.P. No. 453/2021, arising out of Complaint Case No. 03/2020 under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code, whereby and whereunder anticipatory bail has been granted to Opposite Party No. 2.

3. Perused the records.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials available on record, this Court finds no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63070 of 2021(5) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 sufficient ground for cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2. No material has been brought on record to show misuse of the privilege of bail. 5.

Accordingly, the present application for cancellation of anticipatory bail stands dismissed.

6. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of this order. The learned Trial Court shall submit a compliance report before this Court after expiry of the said period.
