2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 624 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 37, 30(a), 31 and 41(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Prosecution story, in brief, is that in course of raid of several houses conducted by the police party in village Sarmastpur (Geyaspur), altogether 40 litres of country made liquor along with certain articles were recovered from different houses. Petitioner is said to have fled from the place of

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is lady and she is innocent. Nothing has been recovered either from the house of the petitioner or from any of the family members of the petitioner. The recovery has been made from other co-accused. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioner, above named, who is a lady is directed to be released on prearrest bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No.II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 624 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Purnendu Singh, J) mantreshwar/- U T
