JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 19-08-2025 Having heard the learned counsels for the petitioner as well as the State/respondents, this Court is of the view that the instant writ petition can be disposed of even without seeking for any counter affidavit from the respondents.

2. The case of the petitioner is that by virtue of a judgement and decree passed in Title Suit No. 128 of 2020, plaintiff's title over the property in question was declared.

3. It is also stated that the petitioner is in possession of the property in question. He made an application before the Circle Officer on 14th of June, 2025 praying for mutating his name in the revenue record. The Circle Officer has not disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.13081 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/2 of the said application till date and he/she is sitting tight over the matter.

4. The instant writ petition is disposed of directing the Circle Officer, Respondent No. 5 herein to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on 14th of June, 2025, on the basis of the judgement and decree passed in Title Suit No. 128 of 2020 by the Trial Court as well as other records and documents within three weeks from the date of communication of this order.
