The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.10 of 2014 registered under Sections 498A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the fact that no one has appeared on behalf of opposite party No.2 to oppose this bail application, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the

No.19115 of 2015 (5) dt.30-09-2015 court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Mahila P.S.
