The present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 herein to consider the representation made by the petitioner duly putting the petitioner as well as the respondent No. 5 on notice and calling for the explanation of the respondent No.5 against the allegations made against her. The authority shall endeavour to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner as well as the respondent No.5 shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any orders passed, shall be communicated to the parties.
