16-06-2015 Heard Sri Manish Kumar-3, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 144 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 148, 447, 323, 308, 379, 354(A), 504 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all other accused persons, save and except petitioner, have already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail. I have perused the F.I.R. In the F.I.R., there is specific accusation against the petitioner that he gave rod blow on the head of the informant.

In view of the facts & circumstances, I am of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19437 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 2/2 opinion that it is not a fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
