On the basis of what has been averred in the writ application, the order passed by the District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Banka dated 20.02.2017 and the appellate order passed by the Collector, cannot be interfered with. It is evident from the order, which has been impugned in the present writ application that the petitioner could not establish his case of construction of any bridge over his land, against which the petitioner was claiming compensation. This writ application for the aforesaid reason cannot be entertained.
Patna High Court CWJC No.10635 of 2017(4) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 Since the petitioner is asserting that his private land has been utilized for public purpose without payment of any compensation, it will be open to him to re-agitate his grievance before an appropriate forum on the basis of concrete materials in respect of construction made over the land which, according to the petitioner, belongs to him.
This writ application stands disposed of.
