2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 419, 420 and 354D of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(E) of the I.T. Act, registered in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant alleged that she is the divorced wife of the petitioner and the allegation against him is that he made viral nude photographs of the informant with an intention to make hindrance in her second marriage.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55965 of 2024(2) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 that he has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. Petitioner was the husband of the informant and the informant was lodged this false case against him with some ulterior motive. Petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 24.05.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
