2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment, as Special Survey Amin, on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners were appointed, as Special Survey Amin, after verification of all educational certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and fabricated without proper enquiry or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner has already been terminated from service, vide letter no. 9252, issued by the Director. Similarly situated persons have already been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51914 of 2025(2) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 03.01.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 66156 of 2024 (Annexure - 3). Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the fact that petitioner has already been terminated from service and has got clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
