ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 28.8.2006 by which the District & Sessions Judge, Madhepura, in Criminal Revision No. 93 of 2005 has set aside the order of Executive Magistrate dated 19.5.2005 in a Proceeding under Section 145 Cr. P.C. Considering that the Proceedings is of the year 1991, it would not be in the interest of justice to consider at this late stage. Hence, the application stands dismissed.
