2. This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners to quash the order dated 20.02.2014 passed in Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 179 of 2013, whereby the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, took the cognizance of the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code against the accused-petitioners.

3. On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality in the impugned order amounting to abuse of the process of the court for interference in inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
