The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-8 of the POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of enticing the informant's daughter and of taking her away on unknown place. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03-06-2019. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The matter has already been compromised between the parties vide Annexure-2

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Nawkothi P.S.
