ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment and order dated 7.9.2006 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar at Sitamarhi, in connection with G.R. No. 255 of 2002, Trial No. 437 of 2006 arising out of Piprahi P.S. Case No. 59 of 2002 by which he has acquitted the Private Opposite Parties for all charges. Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the revision application stands dismissed.
