JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2054/2013 for the offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
The allegation against the petitioner is of torture for non fulfillment of additional dowry.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It has been further submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant as his wife with full dignity and honour but the same is not acceptable to her.

No.20531 of 2015 (2) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 It has further been submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.2000/- (two thousand) every month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the complainant. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint petition. Considering the fact that the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs. 2000/ (two thousand) every month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the complainant, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur (East), Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No.2054/2013 (Trial No. 2101/2014), subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
