Mr. None ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-09-2018 Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 30(a)/36/38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the fact that petitioner's name has come in confessional statement of co-accused, there is no other material to connect the petitioner in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition to show that petitioner is having clean antecedent.
