The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of acquittal dated 7.11.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-III, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sessions Case No. 488 of 2004, Trial No. 102 of 2006.

Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I find that it was good reason that the Opposite Parties were acquitted and, hence, the revision application stands dismissed.
